Pre-Level 1 (P1)
Age 3 - 5 years

Pre-Level 2 (P2)
Age 5 - 6 years
Pre-Level 2 is a preparation for the Vaganova training system. In this level, teachers incorporate floor work to develop strength and flexibility. Students learn to articulate and coordinate different body parts to strengthen muscles in the body and develop the sense of balance. Basic concepts of positioning arms and feet will also be introduced. The class also encourages freedom of expression and imagination.
Pre-Level 3 (P3)
Age 6 - 7 years
Pre-Level 3 is a preparation for the Vaganova training system. In this level, teachers incorporate floor work to develop strength and flexibility. Pre-Level 4 (P4)
Age 7 - 9 years
In Pre-Level 4, students learn to articulate and coordinate more body parts to strengthen muscles in the body and develop the sense of balancing. More complex concepts of positioning arms and feet will also be introduced. The class also encourages freedom of expression and imagination.
Pre-Level 5 (P5)
Age 7 - 9 years
Pre-Level 5 is a continuation of the Vaganova training system. This class builds on the concepts and skills learned in the previous levels, with a focus on developing strength, flexibility, and coordination of different body parts. Students will learn more complex concepts of arm and foot positioning, as well as further explore the freedom of expression and imagination. Floorwork will also be incorporated to help strengthen the body and build a better sense of balance.
Vaganova 1 Foundation
Age 9 - 12 years
Vaganova 1 Foundation category is the first stage of the Vaganova training method. It is a professional training system. Students will learn basic ballet vocabulary, arms, feet positions and body directions. This group develop students’ strength and flexibility, introducing the basic ballet concepts of arm and leg positions and across the floor to develop balance, rhythm, musicality and coordination. Basic pointe work will be introduced. The class also encourages freedom of expression and imagination. Students at this level focus on building their dance vocabulary and memory of steps, combinations and performance pieces.
Vaganova 1
Age 9 - 12 years
Vaganova 1 is the first stage of the Vaganova training method. It is a professional training system. Students will learn basic ballet vocabulary, arms, feet positions and body directions. This group develop students’ strength and flexibility, introducing the basic ballet concepts of arm and leg positions and across the floor to develop balance, rhythm, musicality and coordination. Basic pointe work will be introduced. The class also encourages freedom of expression and imagination. Students at this level focus on building their dance vocabulary and memory of steps, combinations and performance pieces.
Vaganova 2 Foundation
Age 12 - 15 years
Vaganova 2 introduces more advanced vocabulary in terms of barre work and centre practice, more complex turns and jumps. Classwork will be more demanding and repetitive - designed to strengthen and build the correct use of muscles in the feet, legs and upper body. Students will practice more pointe work for classical repertoires.
Vaganova 2
Age 14 - 15
Vaganova 2 introduces more complex movements, faster tempos, and challenging choreography. Students must demonstrate control and technique in their movements, as well as mastering more advanced pointe work. Alignment and execution of turns, jumps and leaps must be maintained with clean technique. Classwork will be demanding and repetitive, strengthening and building the correct use of muscles in the feet, legs and upper body.
Vaganova 3
Age 14 - 15 years
Vaganova 3 continue more advanced and intensive pointe work. This category will be more focusing on the artistic side, such as the style and character of different repertoires. This level is to prepare students in becoming a professional dancer.
Vaganova 4
Age 16+ years
Vaganova 4 prepares students to be a professional dance artist. Advanced and intensive training to prepare for stage performances and competitions in classical and contemporary work. Students will be working with different artists and choreographers to gain experience working in a professional dance company.
Adult Classes
This category lets adults, who are beginners, have learned ballet during their childhood, or simply appreciate the beauty of ballet, to have regular training with experienced teachers in the Vaganova method.
